Phoebe Sinclaire Nurse at Parchmore was very good for me. I did thank her for the way she looked after me today. Contacting the main reception can be a very long waiting. I think they need more staff at the reception desk. But they are ok. All in all, it is ok. Thanks

Receptionist extremely rude. Never understanding of needs. Unprofessional and shouts in front of other patients being very dismissive. They need a complete overhaul of customer service training as patients ARE NOT being treated with dignity and respect. Never talk discretely about why an appointment is needed expecting a patient yo discuss their personal business openly in the reception area. Staff just so rude. People will end us looking for another better doctor surgery
